My Approach

I approach my work using somatic psychology or from a body-mind holistic perspective that is kink-centered and addresses who you are emotionally, physically, energetically, spiritually and sexually. My work is person-centered meaning I understand that every client has their own set of individual needs and desires, so I work with you to create a customized experience to meet your specific needs and desires. I am here to act as a guide and mentor to my clients and move them through a self-discovery journey that leads them to a more fulfilling, satisfying and empowering life, relationships and career.

The methodology I use to support people in personal development, somatic trauma healing and emotional regulation is known as The Kink-Embodiment Method™

This methodology is a trauma-informed, ethical approach to BDSM & kink for personal development, somatic trauma healing, and emotional regulation.

Below are the 5 Pillars of The Kink-Embodiement Method™ that I use to support my clients through their individual process.

Pillar 1: Foundations of Trauma & Nervous System Awareness

- Understanding the nervous system: fight, flight, freeze, fawn

- The role of somatic awareness in healing

- How trauma is stored in the body & how BDSM can support release

- Differentiating between healing kink and re-traumatization

- Core self-regulation practices before engaging in BDSM

Pillar 2: Consent, Boundaries & Power Dynamics

- Consent frameworks: informed, ongoing, and enthusiastic

- Understanding power exchange as a tool for empowerment

- Boundary-setting for both Dom/mes and subs in healing work

- How to guide clients in identifying personal limits and edges

- Preventing manipulation and coercion in kink spaces

Pillar 3: Somatic Practices & BDSM Integration

- How to incorporate somatic healing into BDSM scenes

- Using sensory play for nervous system regulation

- Breathwork, movement, and energy awareness in power play

- The role of subspace and top space in deepening self-awareness

- How to use pain, pleasure, and sensation for emotional release

Pillar 4: Ethical Considerations & Client Readiness

- Screening clients for trauma readiness

- When to refer out to therapists and mental health professionals

- Common ethical pitfalls in BDSM-informed coaching

- Cultural considerations & dismantling stigma around kink

- Personal responsibility & self-reflection as a practitioner

Pillar 5: Application, Integration & Ongoing Support

- How to guide clients in processing their experiences

- Journaling, aftercare, and debriefing techniques

- Long-term emotional regulation through BDSM practices

- Creating a supportive community for practitioners and clients

- Expanding professional practice with BDSM-informed methodologies
